Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of this website, we are aware of the following issues:
We aim to fix these issues by the end of September 2026.
We aim to fix these issues by September 2026.
Some PDF and other document formats published on this website are not fully accessible. Issues identified include:
We are aware that some of our web forms currently have accessibility limitations. These issues may include duplicated or unclear field labels or unclear error messages.
We expect all core web forms to be fully accessible by the end of December 2026.
Many of our older PDFs and Word documents are not fully accessible, for example, they may not be easy to read using a screen reader.
We aim to have replaced or fixed any PDF and Word documents which are essential to our services, like forms published as Word documents.
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we don’t plan to fix every older non-essential document like old campaign PDFs.
We are working to address the accessibility issues identified through testing and review. We regularly assess our website and documents and will continue to prioritise fixes based on user impact and available resources.
We will revisit PDF issues by December 2026 with a defined plan on conforming to accessibility requirements.
