Safer Days and Nights
….. is based on the belief that everyone should be able to walk our streets; go to our parks; visit our clubs and pubs without fear . But whilst we cannot deny the number of truly shocking murders in recent times, we must not lose sight of the fact that Gloucestershire is still one of the safest places in the UK.
To protect that reputation – and future generations – the Commissioner’s Fund is helping the ‘Fearless from Knife Crime’ project take that message into our schools where the aim is to turn our young people away from a culture of weapons and point out to them the dangers of making the wrong choices.
