It started life as a mobile exhibition unit and was bought for a song by the Police and Crime Commissioner.
Now it plays an important part in building links between the PCC, the police and the public, most recently in Cirencester.
It also made a vital contribution in bringing a conman, described by a judge as ‘an unscrupulous parasite’ to justice – Despicable conman fleeces 84 year old woman.
